A few years ago when I was in London on a study abroad programme I got to attend the Guinness Fleadh, an all day Irish music festival. Sinéad was performing on the side stage. I was very excited because I had never seen her before. Me and the girl I was with were looking especially forward to her set so we made sure we were up at the stage a good hour or so before she was to go on. Ended up having a perfect spot. Her backing band were members of the band Ghostland, who also performed separately.

She is laughing at the crowd in this picture because everyone was singing along so loudly with "Nothing Compares 2 U" that she could not hear herself.
